The SmallsLIVE Foundation for Jazz Art & Education is a not-for-profit arts organization.
Our mission is to subsidize the operation of our venues, recording projects, tours and educational initiatives.
During this Covid-19 pandemic our mission is to keep the clubs floating until business can be restored.
We will also sponsor live-streamed concerts from the club that will keep the musicians working during this period.
We will also be offering emergency aid for Jazz musicians in need due to this calamity.

Upcoming Shows
Montclair, New Jersey drummer Zach Adleman has performed at Carnegie Hall, the 57th Annual Grammy Awards, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and NJPAC, alongside jazz luminaries Rodney Whitaker, Randy Napoleon, and Ted Nash. A recent scholarship recipient at the prestigious Michigan State University jazz studies program, Zach was asked to join eminent trombonist Michael Dease's band and is featured on his latest release for Posi-Tone Records.
Zach has been extensively involved in outstanding jazz programs like Jazz House Kids and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Youth Orchestra. His honors include acceptance into the Grammy Band-Jazz Camp Session, Jazz at Lincoln Center Summer Jazz Academy, and the Brubeck Summer Jazz Colony, along with placing in the Essentially Ellington and Charles Mingus jazz competitions. Zach strives to embody one of Rodney Whitaker’s sayings, “each one, teach one”, by teaching private students and working at the Jazz House Kids Summer Workshop and the Brevard Institute of Jazz. He is sincerely grateful for the support from all his family, friends, and mentors, for pushing him to be the best he can be.
