Jacob Melchior, born in Copenhagen, Denmark, came to New York in 1994 and has performed with such notables as Eric Alexander, Harry Whitaker, Rob Bargad, Joe Cohn, Sam Yahel, Tulivu Donna Cumberbatch, Valerie Capers, Bertha Hope, Stjepko Gut, Frank Senior & Bent Jædig. He has appeared at the Montreal Jazz Festival in 2001 & 2004 and at Copenhagen Jazz Festival, in addition to perfomances at The Blue Note in Seoul, South Korea and New York's Blue Note, Augis, Roths Westside Steakhouse, Smoke, Tavern on the Green, Aaron Davis Hall and at Cirque Voador in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.Weblinks:jacobmelchior.com
