The French Quarter

This is the first concert after my second recording session as a leader for the label Sunnyside. The recording will feature the master drummer Kenny Washington, as well as Brandon Lee or Bruce Harris on trumpet and Grant Stewart on tenor saxophone. It was a lot of fun writing/arranging the music for this album and having it played by such soulful musicians. The album is schedule to be released in January 2018 on Sunnyside Records, under the title "Freedom Suite Ensuite." Keep swinging! Clovis
