The Brian Charette Quartet

Brian Charette, usually known as an organist, is actually originally a hard bop pianist from the Hartford area. 25 years ago Charette befriended alto saxist, Mike DiRubbo. The two have been close friends and bandmates since then and will, with the help of the stalwart rhythm section of Orlando Leflemming (b) and Jochen Rueckert (d) provide a hard swinging set of music by Tadd Dameron, Thelonious Monk, Bud Powell as well as new original compositions in the hard bop vein.
