Geraldine wanted to call this record Cooking. Because in music as in cooking, it is a team affair to dose each ingredient for the ephemeral perfection of the final result. Because an album is conceived as a meal and it is possible to have taste buds in your ears. Because giving pleasure is organized, weighed, tastes. And because we always like to hear the passing musician feeling this pleasure when he pushes the door of the club and exclaims, amazed: wow ... cooking!
