"Circles is the product of a slow metamorphosis which brewed over the last four years, the birthing of an entirely new approach to how I conceive my music. This album focusses on the notion of circles, loops, the cyclic aspects of time, and the changes that occur between death and rebirth. Circles is a series of tableaus that go from light to dark, from spare to abundant, expressing both inner turmoil and moments of peaceful plenitude."
